The fine print

For insurance and safety reasons, each booking is required to include a minimum of one guest over the age of 25yrs residing on site for the duration of the booking.

With all watersport activities utilising equipment provided such as kayak, surfboard and/or Stand Up Paddleboard, adult supervision is required at all times. When utilising kayak, guests and their children are required to wear life buoyancy vests (provided) as per NSW law

With bedding available to sleep 8 people, a maximum of 6 adults are to stay at Beachfront Shack overnight, thereby enabling 2 children under the age of 18 to stay overnight. The double bed in BR3 is a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom, single on top). The ideal configuration that Beachfront Shack is designed for is 4 adults (2 couples) and up to 4 children (with two children sharing the double bed, alternatively there is a single trundle bed that can also accommodate the 4th child). At a stretch, with two children sleeping in the double bed and the trundle set up, the beds would sleep five children, however the room itself would be tight. There is a portable cot available also, which we would encourage to set up in the Main Bedroom.

Beachfront Shack does not accommodate hen, stag, schoolies or similar parties. The New South Wales Government has issued a mandatory code of conduct outlining the rights and obligations of people either hosting or renting accommodation on a short-term basis, including a complaints process.
